On December 6, 1999, I received a notice from your office that she had been qualified for Medi-Cal. I was amazed and pleased at the speed that you were able to accomplish this feat. Six years ago, I had to qualify my father for Medi-Cal. This took me five months, several meetings with Medi-Cal, a lot of frustration, and time lost from my work to accomplish what you did in one month’s time.
